Serving with sincerity and integrity is something you can expect from Bill Wallace.  He is a Microsoft sales veteran that served partners for 21 years helping them to build their accounting software consulting and sales businesses.  He was recognized for his success with 3 salesperson of the year awards and 14 100% club awards.  His success was achieved by taking the time to really listen to his client’s goals and desires and then to work hard to meet those needs.

Bill brings this same passion and energy to his real estate clients.  In 2010, Bill completed 19 transactions for over $4.5 Million in residential sales which earned him RE/MAX Executive Club status (the top 25% of their agents).  In 2011, he qualified for RE/MAX Executive Club halfway through the summer and is on track for another strong year.  In addition to working as a full-time Realtor Bill is using today’s down market to do real estate investment and in 2011 he has purchased 5 rental properties.

Outside of work Bill has served his community as a tireless volunteer on community and church boards and as a coach for youth baseball, softball and basketball.  He is a dedicated family man who has been married for 25 years, raised two wonderful college-aged kids and has recently adopted a teenage son.
