The annual 10 day, Leprechaun Days Festival will take place in Rosemount, MN from July 23 thru August 1, 2010. The family-friendly event is focused on bringing together the residents of Rosemount (and neighboring communities) to show off the city and provide entertainment & activities.
Highlights of the 2010 event include:
- The 3rd annual Bluegrass Music Weekend is an event within the event which runs the first weekend – July 23-25
- The 32nd annual parade takes place on Saturday July 31st at 11am. This years Grand Marshall is the family of Benjamin Kopp, a Rosemount native who gave his life as an Army Ranger in Afghanistan a year ago. The parade route can be found here – Parade Route Map
- Fireworks Show – Saturday July 31st at 10pm in Rosemount’s Central Park
In addition to these main events there are numerous other music, activities and events for people of all ages. Anything from hamster/gerbil races to a Medallion Hunt to family bingo and many other free or inexpensive activities.
