  • “Easy Exit” Listing Agreement – If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you may cancel your listing agreement with us. No strings attached.
  • “120-Day” Guarantee – If we do not present to you a signed purchase agreement within 120 days of your home going on the market you can cancel your listing agreement with us.  If you choose to continue to list your property with us, we will pay you $500 on the day of closing.
  • “Call Back” Guarantee – For every time that your agent doesn’t call you back within 1 hour of your message, your agent will pay you $25 on the day of closing when we sell your home
