Success stories of going from expired to sold is one of the best experiences a Realtor can have. Therefore, one of our primary focus areas is helping homeowners sell their homes after they have failed with a previous Realtor. Their previous listing was cancelled or expired and these clients were still longing to achieve their goal of selling and moving on with their lives.
There are a lot of reasons for a failed listing. While pricing is certainly one reason others include a lack of staging, crappy pictures taken by a Realtor instead of a professional photographer, a marketing plan that only includes listing the home on MLS and regular & consistant follow through. Finding a Realtor that has a proven process is critical, especially when you’ve already had a bad experience.
